well we had some mini black outs the other night and when it came back on all the channels were missing and all our recordings, we got the channels back but the recordings were still "not accessible at this time" 🙄
and we couldn't record live tv either..

but we have just sorted it out now after talking to someone who actually knew what they were talking about for once!

We have never been able to access the On Demand stuff though.. but they said we have to keep an eye on our broadband downspeed and ring them if it goes below 3,000 or something.. srug

That's been happening all over London, with laods of different things (the blackouts/power cuts I mean)
