Saw the X-Files movie last night at midnight. Have been acting like a geeky fangirl for the past couple of days 😄

Was it good??

I will admit I am kind of biased, but I also expected the movie to not be that great. I was surprised. It was actually rather good. You don't even need to be familiar with the show to get it, though if you are a fan there's a bunch of little references that you'll catch which were just great 😛

Yay, I'll check it out now, the drama and suspense always kept me glued to X-Files.

My dad is so nice.

Today he went into B&Q to get garden stuff and sitting outside was an old guy collecting for charity,
my dad gave him some money and got his little smiley face sticker and went inside,
he was in there a while and when he came out the guy was still sat outside, it was so hot out today so my dad asked him if he wanted him to get him a drink, and he told him he had one but would really love an ice cream, so my dad said he'd get him one,
he left and went to put the stuff he'd bought in the car,
then went to the ice cream van but realised he had no money on him,
so he then went off, found a bank machine, drew money out and came back and bought this guy his ice cream.

I bet everyone else walked straight past this guy today not even noticing him, let alone taking the time to check he was alright in the heat.
