Some say he will in the new avengers, part of the symbiote invasion, some say Wasp gets his suit, while others say he leads an army to take over, then there are some who say he will not be in NA/he's dead.

No they never had a daughter cause Pete and MJ divorced for some unknown reason

So even though she did die, that means Spider-Girl no longer exsists.
