Do people really think that Wally can boost the speed of the others while a bunch of heralds sits in their asses? I'm sorry, Flash may be faster but that doesn't mean he can do any number of things before the others do. While Wally gathers kinetic energy two heralds can easily jump on him and kill him.

He is literally faster than everyone in DC universe -not Marvel-, with many showings that put him as struggling to go into lightspeed, if we go by the average showing he is not all that uber fast.
