Things Doomsday can't evolve past?

What things, if any, are there that Doomsday can't or shouldn't be able to evolve past?

For instance if Fate or Dr. Strange or someone else used magic to permanently put an end to him I would think he couldn't come back form that death right?

Is there anything else he shouldn't be able to evolve past being killed form?

Sol, I would bend him owver and crush his soul. I would own him like I own Wrathful Dwarf.

I would say a magic-based attack could do it. His power of regeneration is completely science-based, and generally magic>science.
