Tons of people could beat him with relative ease, seeing as it is no longer the early 90's the the "full potential" Iceman who never really existed even then is less than a relic by now.

Hulk can breath him in dur

I suppose if you shut down his mutant powers you could just shoot him.

Venom could kill Iceman so easily, and since Apocalypse (in the classic comics, the only version I acknowledge) was a god of some kind I think he would destroy him.
