Seriously. One thing I've learned from Marvel comics is that the heroes never come back unless they're mainstream. Scarlet spider wont return. At least not for a long time longer.
The villains always do. No matter how long it is or how good a death is, the villain always returns. Just look at Harry. I guarantee you Eddie Brock will be back.
