I go with Ki Adi Mundi. But that's jut me. He seemed to last a little bit against General Grievous on Hypori before the ARC Troopers arrived and Kit got pwned in like 5 seconds by Palpatine in ROTS. I always thought was third in charged of the Jedi Order in the PT behind Yoda and Mace Windu.
I side with Mundi. We don't have any kjnowledge of Kit's Force abilities except those we see in the Clone Wars Cartoon, and in the cartoon most Jedi are overpowered. A fatigued Mundi held off EU Grievous, alone, for over a minute. I don't see a fatigued Kit being able to do that, when he lost to Ventress, who is below Grievous.
