I don't think Team 1 should win, but I guess that Darkside would know that SMP is an greater danger then Team 1 so he would change the sides and together they would win.

I wouldn't just insult a random stranger if it was just his opinion.
And insulting a troll is the troll succeeding.

And this debating is a menial part of our lives, any maybe for some major. It natural human emotions that will make us to stuff it's instinct. Some people in real life throw insult when arguing.

It's perhaps the anonymity of the internet. But I think it's just how we react when someone insults us or annoys us to a bitter end. It's our nature to thrive to win.

That's why you won't see anyone back down.
