So its my mom's 61 birthday today and this morning we moved in the new furniture in the house, then we had lunch and talked then my sisters came here and we talked more and has funz, then we'z about to have dinner one of my sisters decides to throw a hissy fit .... all cuz she didn't get her way, she's crying and yelling and brooding.... and this is like a 37 year old woman ....

Well first you steam the Chicory wich you season with some peper, then once its soft you take the slice of ham, place one Chicory ( or half depending on the size of the slice of ham) in the middle of the ham, roll the ham up so the chicory is inside then make the cheesesauce, and pour that over the ham and chicory, put some grated cheese on top and then put in oven till it gets golden cheese crust and there you have it 😊
