Ok excert for a headache I had all day while at work yesterday and again today I am just hoping that it goes away because tonight is the first day of Musikfest where I live and I never miss a day of that.

ungh sooo exhausted weep cleared out the garden house today and moved the left over boxes of tile from the garden house to the garage, it so heavy crytissueI poped something in mah wrist too, is quite painfull disgustshakefist

Sorry to hear that. You really have to advoid moving heavy stuff I try to do that and my stupid boss does not seem to care how heavy anything is for me as long as I take care of it.
Anyway take some meds and get some rest and feel better!
