Yea I got that yestesday from my co-worker. I shut her up real good but I have a feelling that I am going to be talked to about it today.Wish me luck.
What did you do to your co-worker??? I love gossip. lol try to turn everyone against each other, suck up to your boss at all times, not to much that its noticable but enough to make them feel good. Always suck up to each and every person you hate so that they can think your on their side. Lie whenever it is ness to save your ass. lol
I once left the food out by accident and blamed someone else..lol they actually took the blame and I never did it again but you get the point..lol
*Every lie is believable as long as you believe it. ...mmmmmmmk!
lol I just told her to shut up because she kept annoying me for not having my Jersey tucked in. We never get along and she always finds ways to pick on me or say something nasty. Also she is the one who sucks up I do not.
Anyway nothering happen and I got away with it so I feel I won this war but not the battle quite yet. But I am hoping she will leave me alone from now on and yea I get the point!

Meh i don`t like all that backstabbery or sucking up. I think its important to voice your opinion but to do so in a calm and propper maner, after all its still a work place.
I agree with you in some points but depends what kind of job it is and how the other person acts. I've been fired 3 times because of, "a young supervisor was trying to look good with the boss." If its an entery level position then they can replace you quickly, but if its a skilled level position then its harder. Backstabbing does happen in the workplace no matter the job, there is always favourites and people always choose sides. You might not have it in you to backstab but it is good to talk to the manager from time to time, not get too personal with management but let them know who you are and what your about, like say hi everytime you see them or ask about the kids. It's easier for girls because most girls are friendly but with guys its backstabbing till you get fired. As for the person who is bothering you, just pretend to be her friend, be nice and act nice towards her, be fake if you have to; its never healthy to have someone plotting against you. You both are there for the same reason and she should understand that.
I had in the past talk to HR and my supervister is as much as a jerk as my c0-worker and even after she threaten me nothing had happen. So going to someone never helps.
I work at a shopping center that is partly a resturant. Where I clean tables and do the garbages and stuff like that. Anyway thanks for the advice.

If I were you I would go get a better job that pays more if I'm going to be treated like shit I want to know that my paycheck will be worth it. Start with hotels in your city, here where I live they start at 17$, servers for food, or severs for banquet halls always tend to make more. There is always hospital work, just to make carry to food trays to hospitals you make 30 and hour, and not to mention funeral homes make a killing as well. Find a another job, then tell them you can't work there any more because you feel your interest is not being represented and the stress is bother you or you can just tell them you quit by phone and to send the last pay by mail. Truth me its not worth staying.

I am looking but not alot of places are hiring since the job market here is pretty bad. I am lucky to even have this job for eight years! And no matter where you go there is always someone nasty.

Like that huh, what a B*. Why dont you talk to your supervisor and ask her or him, to not put you on the same hours as that lady..that way there is no problem?? I think I did that once.
