I'm all for Wolverine having his healing factor back to his older levels though. I always liked that he was just hard to kill, not virtually impossible. Same reason I liked it better when he had bone-claws instead of an unbreakable skeleton. He couldn't afford to be nearly as arrogant as he can now.

I wouldn't mind Spider-Man's downgrade either except that's the last thing I'm concerned about with Spidey after OMD took place.

as it stands, Logan loses more from his downgrade than Spiderman did...so it kinda shifts to Peter's favor

maybe not since we don't know how it has effected Logan and it seem to imply he hasent been fighting at peak.

Yeah baby! To be quite honest im not even sure if upgrades or downgrades matter. Wolverine was stiil the upgradede version of Wolverine but his HF did not act like that. So it depends on the writers.
