Pc has no sound

Okay I was checking out some new cars today and the sound came on, even though I had my speakers on mute.

I wanted to play some music later on in the day. And i couldn't find my speaker button to unmute it. I went to audio devices and none was detected.

I have tried system restore but nothing.

Can anyone help me!

Do you have a separate sound card or is it onboard audio?

I just bought a laptop and I played music. When i didn't want sound I muted the speakers

Can you take a screenshot of your device manager and post it up so we know what you're seeing?
