4321 concerns Akhenaten's origin in specific,

HE came from Reality 4321, not the Arc itself.

In issue #1 there are cut scenes of AK's beginnings taking place and how he ended up working for the Celestial Order, that story takes place in another time, another place, hence Reality 4321.

now the entire story revolves around the THOTI,

why wasn't it designated to Reality 4321?
