This looks really good for Marvel and finally A good Hulk story, maybe...

I'll say this though. We stroke Johns nuts a lot, and for good reason. But I've never seen anything of his that I would consider transcendent. Ask me to name my 12 favorite mini's ever, and he won't be there. Even add in story arcs in ongoing series' and he might pop up once or twice.

But what Johns doesn't do is f*ck anything up. It's always a good story, always quality.

So props, yeah. But only as much as he deserves. No more.

I hope Johns tells Joe Q's to get his ass out and find a new job (not at DC), for he's now the new chief.

He lets Bendis do what he wants; the same with Millar. I think Johns would get the same respect.

Why would you waste one of the best writers in the industry doing a remake?

I'd be fine with him going to Marvel for awhile. But only until Spidey and a few other guys are fixed. Then DC needs to grab his ass right back. 😛

Seriously, this would be a great thing for Marvel. Spidey alone needs a massive retcon and repair job. Although I think Monkey Q would give Johns carte blanche on most things, I don't think he realizes yet how much OMD (his personal pet project) is hated by well, everyone. 😄 Thus, I sincerely doubt he would allow Johns to fix it right away.
