Dick and Tim have a great shot at beating Frank and Bulls-Eye. Depending on how many cars and whether or not Frank is using teflon coated bullets and they're aren't arguiing amongst each other then this'll go either way. In the end Dick and Tim will use team work and 9/10 win.

I'm not really following your reasoning. How do the cars come into play? And what is it exactly about them that would give them even a slight majority over Punisher and Bullseye?
I don't think team one is good enough to dodge bullseye enough to not die. Frank has decent aim with a gun and i think he can find clever was to use the environment. I think if its say night time or soemthing and team 1 uses stealth and ninja tactics they will be able to close in on team 2 and beat them h2h. but if i have to average it out. 6.5/10 in favor of team 2.

Teamwork for the majority, i dont debate close ones like this, its a toss up, i lean to team one for the fact that as skilled as the punisher is....he is still a gun toting kevlar wearing tuff sob, and bullseye is another matter but,its nothing team one has not gone up against and they are both trained by one of the best.......but like i said....i wont argue, its that close
