did you read DOV and understand the story because if that was so you will not be making void statement. When CM fought the spectre for the first time he was power by every magical being including the remaining Lords of order and chaos, the phantom stranger, Arion of atlantis, and others. In the second meeting the spectre defeated CM with ease and went on to killed his master. AS stated by DC the Spectre is always omniptent but unlike LT the spectre possessed enough power to defeat who He is fighting at that time. The spectre did restarted the Big Bang in Zero hour. He have easily defeated various Hell Lords in hell where they are more powerful. The Destroyed all the Lords of Order and Chaos who were all omnipotent beings in DOV.And in COIE the Spectre did possessed infinite powers but he chose not to destroyed the AM because the AM had the powers of all those heroes and killing him will also killed them. Yes the Spectre lost to Michael but that is only because heaven is off limit to the spectre because heaven needs to judgement and the spectre is the presence judgement. The hostless spectre in DOV became to powerful that according to the PS the Higher Authority had to intervine or else he was going to destroyed the entire DCU. Don't even compare eternity/infinity to the spectre because they are like ants compare to the spectre. The spectre considered beings like the lords or order and chaos ants he went far by calling Nabu the most powerful of them a pitty godling and that he existed before Nabu was even born and that he new nabu petty tricks before he even existed. The spectre also told CM in their second ecounted in DOV that he could do what ever he wanted to do because his powers are limitless

When Mr.M provides scans that prove that the IG is multiversal, then Nvr should be big enough to admit this. Just like when I was man enough to admit that Apocalypse wouldn't beat Superman or the Martian Manhunter...

Back to the issue, The IG is greater than the AM on many levels. AM is one dimensional in comparison, his feats were pure power ones, even his reality disruptions were forms of power. The IG is pin point accurate, AM is messy. Time is another matter altogether, an adept IG user could stop time can AM? She\He could reverse time. or be any place at once or everywhere. AM was not on this level of omnipotence. Thanos with it killed the unkillable, he killed death, AM has neaver been outside of the influence of destruction or death. Meaning he could be destroyed as far as probabilites are concerned. Thanos with the IG was beyond death. If AM could not be destroyed why was he?

Captain Marvel was amped still but you have to remember that he was being powered by a weakened Phantom Stranger. The point was he was receiving powers from the remaining magical beings and with their might it was simply to much for the Spectre. He needed Eclispos aid order to make it out of there.

Eternity and Infinity are not ants to the Spectre and I find this statement to be well just plain off.

So the Spectre saying his powers are limitless is ok but him shitting bricks in space in what he just went through should be ignored.

Spectre was fighting like a retard most of the time in Day of Vengeance.
