The IG didn't survive nullification. To the contrary, He turned the energies back upon the user. And at that point, it was only universal nullification as stated by quasar. The IG could have simply turned the blast around. Feat is invalid. And Batmite surviing the destruction of everything is a much higher feat than the IG turning the energies of the universal lvl ( Back Then) UN onto itself. And we've seen those scans.
