Dont see even the silver surfer being able to depower a precrisis kryptonians absorption rate+the suit,not to mention he can just use the guardians powers🙂.

First of all The Silver Surfer could easily drain Prime's stored energies and convert/transmutate them into into harmful forms such as red sun etc...

As Surfer is the fastest and most resourceful combatant here, his moves determines the outcome.

In all likelyhood, Surfer would eat that solar suit for breakfast and proceed to wipe out SMP's solar filled cells for brunch.

Thor, Sentry and WWH would have whatever was left for dessert.
