DMC1 Dante against two of Nintendo's most infamous big bads.

Ganon can't normally be defeated.

Ganon is the triforce of power as long as he exists

this is proven by the fact that link has beaten him with the mastersword
multiple times and every time he resurects, he has it on him.

if he ever did manage to collect the other two, there's no knowing how strong he'd be.

and in twilight he could posess zelda's soul, wonder if he could do that to dante?

Not really. If he didn't have it, though, he'd just be Ganondorf.

He can lose the Triforce of Power, but not unless it's taken from him by either the Hero chosen by the Goddesses, or one of the Goddesses themselves.

True, my bad but this thread still remains pretty pointless, there's not much Dante can do. To win he needs something he doesn't have, which IMO is pretty stupid.

course dante being a trigger happy guy he'd probably use the advantage of ganondorf and bowser not actually knowing what a gun is.

the gods never said that a chosen soul couldn't lose by getting poisoned by a bucket load of lead...

Ganon is never without the Triforce of Power. So unless the thread starter states otherwise, there's no reason to assume he doesn't have it.

But I also see what you where you're coming from, the names can sometimes be used interchangebly.
