No, Mags can not reactive the TO virus.
Pietro utterly trashed Bennet in 'Siege on Wundagore' storyline (his own series/Heroes for hire crossover). He was too fast for Bennet to get a TP/TK fix for him, and when Exodus did omnidirectional blast... well, Pietro just run 3 miles away. And then returned and KOd him.
