I myself personally agree that 616 would win. 616 outshines the Ultimate version in terms of raw power, strength, speed, reaction time, energy absorbing defenses, technopathy, and a versatility that I have not seen Ultimate Ironman be able to match. Yes he has some things different than 616, and yes most are impressive (genetic lockdown, nueron shots to name a few), but they do not compare to the overall nature of the 616 armor. If more scans are needed just ask, I have plenty more. If someone can prove me wrong, then awesome. I like any Ironman, but its my opinion that 616's armor is better until proven otherwise.
Here are a few reasons (scans), and I do not have to much time to elaborate on them, but I have tons of scans so I can provide more if necessary.
Speed:
616 Ironman has been specifically stated to go at least as fast as Mach 8.71. Then we have times he flies around the world in seconds.

If a thread is pertinent enough for discussion it'll stay on page 1. If not, it won't.
