WWH at the end of WWH# 5 after he goes Super Saiyajin post-Sentry fight, versus the new version of Thor beefed up and bulletproof.

Without his hammer classic Thor got beaten down like a chump. He was lucky that Hulk wasn't that angry at him, otherwise he would have really gotten pounded bad. Hulk if he was even slightly malicious could have killed Thor 10 times over before the WWH even started.

Yet it has been stated he holds back and in a fight they had a test of strength and for an HOUR they stalemated. What does that tell you?

Hulk was holding back as well. If Hulk was even 1/100th as mad as he was during WWH, Thor would have gotten smashed just like Hercules did. Hercules readily admitted that if Hulk wanted to he could have easily killed him.
Hercules stalemated Thor on past occasions. Hulk smashes Hercules like a child, yet people still think Thor > Hulk.
Classic Thor's skin has never been pierced by a bullet.

They stalemated plenty of times when Thor dropped his hammer. The Hulk wasn't even capable of actually defeating the Thor, even when he sent away his hammer. All the Thor/Hulk fights are in the Thor respect thread and Hulk hasn't won a single one. Ironically, Thor hasn't really won any either, the fights are usually cut off when one of them decides that the fight isn't worth it.
Classic Thor actually has wins over the Classic Hulk though, just no non-hammer wins. I'm sure you already know this.
Hulk would win every brawl, but since each character fights using the full extent of their abilities, Thor wins 10/10.
