Well unless it's pitch dark in the middle of some jungle, or city environment, I don't see how Spidey can win.....

Since when does Havok have the reaction time to be able to deal with someone of Spiderman's speed that close to him.

50 ft. is too close for Havok to react before Spiderman punches his head off.

spidey can probably leap 5o metres as well thats only 6 -7 times better than olympic. However there will be some hang time so I think Havok would probably blast him before he arrived

Iron Man will kill Havok. Btw he can fly at supersonic speeds has good, durability, and Cl100 strength. Havok just has his energy beams.
