TDK is the most critically acclaimed. I think that has a lot to do with Heath's Joker to be honest. Most people will still put that performance up against any bad guy in film history. I do think the plot wasn't as coherent. I found myself yawning at the Harvey Dent portion. Seriously it just felt like the whole ending was a monologue of what Batman was supposed to be. I felt it was a bit contrived at the end and was a shoe horned way of having Batman make a sacrifice without actually making on.
TDKR is to the weakest of the three. It was trying to be TDK again while being bigger and trying to make Batman the focus like in BB. It didn't work as well. I will say this though I thought Hardy's performance as Bane was almost or just as good as Heath's Joker. Even though most people will always give the nod to Heath.

and just so u know, kingdom hearts characters and final fantasy characters surpass bleach/naruto/dgrayman etc characters by SUCH a longshot that it isnt even funny. kingdom hearts has many universe and villians which can destroy them all, your playing with the heart of the worlds baby and thigns like light darkness and nothingness.
