Well, I'm someone's boss - and I'm cool.

But my boss is VERY cool. She's relaxed about a lot of things - as long as compliance is done properly and other legal crap, everything else is fine.

Just started a new job so i dont know yet really...

My old boss was cool as hell, then she got "unexpectedly" pregnant (I'm sorry, but they know what causes pregnancy and how to prevent it so dont look for pity from me) and decided emotionally blackmailing staff was the best managment option. So i quit.

I love that term...."unexpected pregnancy".
