After Mr. X loses to Wolverine, he seeks out the next best opponent. "Enter Captain America" With no berserker rage to offset X's telepathy. What happens?

I dont have a scanner to post picks, but Mr. X wants to prove he's the best fighter. I would say he's a master in martial arts & weapons. I would say that he is a normal human who trains and exercises alot. He is also a low level telepath which allows him to anticipate his opponet's next move.
