Well Blade has his katana, Mack-10, and assorted projectiles. Bullseyes has...well whatever he normally would have on the street.

Yea, the gun may be a bit much but he normaly carries it so I chose not to exclude it.
Even without the gun I'd still go with Blade 7/10.

I'd think Blade would wipe the floor with Bullseye. Vampires tend to be far faster than humans. Blade could conceivably make Bullseye seem to move in slow motion.
