OK, so it's been established that SBP with PC powers basically beats on everyone from Guardians on down.
So how about Pre-Crisis Superbaby?
The background for the battle is that Superman travels through Hypertime and meets his infant self. Unfortunately he accidently knocks the icecream out of Superbaby's cone... and the battle is on.
Superbaby is bloodlusted - he has the power but is a mere infant.
Supes has the knowledge and experience, but is facing the unfettered fury of a PC Kryptonian.
