I'm thinking either Wolverine or Ultimate Cap top this list. Unlike 616 Steve who keeps the casualties to a minimum when he can, I'm thinking Ult Steve wracked up an insane body count during the war. That's just a guess mind you, as we havent seen much of that on panel.

I cant tell if you guys are being sarcastic about the Wolverine thing or not. But show me anything in print that describes his body count. ANYWAY Ultimate Hulk has been on a roll, 800+ people in day, an alien invasion fleet the next, plus a path of terror he spread across the globe when he went rogue before fighting Ult Wolverine.

Ultimate Thor killed more of those aliens before the Hulk showed up for the mopping up.
Wolverine gets it because of his nature, and because he's been at it for over a century( a big head start), fighting in two world wars when he's not settling his own scores. He pulls his punches most of the time he's with the X-Men; but when he's out on his own in Japan, Madripoor or elsewhere he gets a body count in triple digits(ninjas, pirates, enemy agents etc.) every week.
