Good thinking. When I team up with Trick, I'm going to do that as well...

leo/Blair raised my brow as well. Have fun with your new partner, partner.😉
Martian and Trick need to partner at some point too. I don't think the tourney would be complete without that dream team-up.
not sure if judges are reading any of these threads, but could someone ok an amendment from 8 votes down to 7 votes for getting a character banned? a couple pm's and a few others in-thread seem to like the idea of 7 vs 8 votes since we lost foxy.
if it stays 8, that's fine, but could a judge or someone in 'authority' at least comment on the idea . . . please . . .
oh, and i've asked several times and digi has brought it up a couple times -- what is the construct rule, please. 🙂

Something I started ages ago. No amount of rules prevents people from circumventing them somehow, so I made a "no loophole" clause that basically said if a single character went over the caps even in a way not defined by the rules, I will ban the character even mid-tourney.
What's interesting is that very little in the way of limits were specifically lain out by the hosts at the beginning. The thresholds have sort of emerged organically throughout the draft process based on a few rough principles: Superman, Green Lantern, and most Flashes are too much; Wonder-Woman is about right. The rest just sort-of followed from there.

*looks around sees about 3 Flash-types*
...well, except for that Flash thing. But otherwise, yeah.
