not to put pressure on the judges, but can we get an established deadline for judges votes? if matches end the wednesday, maybe votes in by friday or saturday? with such a limited number of posts available, reading the matches shouldn't be that difficult so 3 or 4 days doesn't seem to unreasonable a time in which to read and decide. 😬
it IS 4 posts per team-member, right? or is it 8/team regardless of who posts?
Sorry I wasn't on to post the arenas last night, real and such.
Anyways there will only be one arena, shared by all pools, for this week.
I went for simplistic this round, so the arena will consist of a bubble of energy roughly one mile in diameter. This bubble sits in a pocket dimension and no one can go outside of it aside from the already established BFR rules. The energy will be of an unknown type of energy that none of the combatants will be able to absorb and allow them to grow stronger.
The energy can not hurt anyone and simply will act as a forcefield. Also everyone gets minimal flight capabilities in the sphere because there is no floor in it. So everyone gets a small antigravity aura that allows them to travel at 250 MPH in any direction in the energy bubble.
Basically this arena is all about no place to run, no place to hide, or no way to use the battlefield to your advantage this round. Nothing but straight who is the better debater.
And here is a reference to what the energy bubble looks like, with the exception that you can not see through it. It starts to show it about 30 seconds-40 seconds into it.

umm, speedsters can still utilize THEIR speed in this thing though, right -- ie-the speedsters aren't capped at 250mph like everyone else, are they . . .? 😕
I only did that so even people who do not possess flight or speed have a minimum amount of flight capabilities regardless of their lack of flight and speed because there is no actual ground in the bubble.

i've seen episode 3, you don't get to see the inside of the bubble that much... 😛
