hmm . . . can't say as i'm keen on the idea, but if cdb (who was supposed to be my partner anyway) thinks it's fine and gundam agrees, i suppose we could do it.

that might leave the problem (depending on points) of who won our pool though. it's not inconceiveable that bw can come up with some crazy plan to win the match. but if he wins, he'd be the pool winner. if cdb or i win, (again, depending on points, so i'm not sure) we could possibly tie for the first place spot. so would the final just be bw vs the winner of the other pool when he got back, or would cdb or i advance to the final to challenge the winner of the other pool then if we won, challenge bw when he got back?

the more i think about it, the less i like it and the more i'd rather just have a regular match. anything he can do against 3, he could even more effectively do against 2, after all. 😬

if the others want to do it though, i guess i'd be in.

I pretty much agree with Leo that it overcomplicates the things. But as for now, that really doesn't make any difference. It might become a tie situation only in case of me winning the match that is just ended.

So far- you and me both have 4 points and B-Dub has 5. If I win, then it's me having 6 points and you having four (or vice versa if you win)
If we beat Mr Arrogant, we get accordingly 8 and 6 points (just like in case of doing regular match against him). The winner really depends on the outcome of this match- cause if B-Dub wins this one he has 7 points- and advances to the finals even after getting beaten in handicap match- with 8 points (while you, Leo, would be having the same result).

That's difficult...really.

To think, you guys have no faith against beating me 3 to 1? You all get extra characters out of it if you win, and I mean, who really believes I will beat all three of you?! I only do it for you guys. It's only because I leave to Spain in about a week for over a month. I would not want to hold up the tournament by - hopefully - winning my pool and then not even competing against the other pool winner. Might as well let a tourney winner be decided, then whenever I come back, I can challenge him then, and that is only if I even win against such incredible odds.

it's hardly a lack of faith (after all, we're not avoiding you -- we compete against each other ANYWAY!) in regards to winning the match, and like i said, any plan that can beat 3, should beat 2. 🙂

Plan? Who said anything about a plan? Im going to make something up the moment the match starts. Its what Ive been doing this whole time 😐

And no, I have no problem teaming up with anyone. Again, this is only because I have to go to Spain for about 6 weeks

Ok then here are the prep locations for next round. It will be the smae battlefield for both Pool A and Pool B.

Location: The Vortex where the wind always blows, and blows, and blows. You are inside the bubble. I'm sure you guys remember it from the first round of matches way back when. If you do not here is a quick refresher course. Energy bubble, if you can not fly you gain the ability to fly this time though it will be at Mach 9.

The sphere will be the size of the moon this time. Inside you guys get to see what a real super sand storm is. At the center exists a foot wide ball which is the eye of the storm and the only place where the wind is calm. Inside the bubble a constant stream of wind is always going around and around the bubble of energy.

The wind moves at half the speed of light, but that isn't the worst. Debris from tiny bits of sand to Car sized bits of Adamantium are caught in this maelstrom of air current. There is so much sand visibility is effectively reduced by 80%. So between the lack of sight, the high speed, and the hella hard object flying around at half of the speed of light you guys should have a merry old time.

Prep Time: One year of relative prep time.

Then I found out I was actually paired with Bran. Aw shucks. Plan goes to waste.

Now I find out I get more than twice what I had for my solo match.
