i dont know if graffiti has anything to do with music, but isnt it somehow intertwined with hip-hop?

They do somewhat.

Rapping and tagging are both used to communicate massages among street gangs. But tagging is a lot closer to stacking-out than it is to rapping.

By the way, I used to tag.
