-Abortions (You're taking away that unborn baby's natural right to LIVE. Then why condone snuffing out something that has potential to grow into an infant?)
-Forced sterilizations (you're taking away people's natural right to be parents)
-Murder/Genocide (if you want to reduce the population, you're gonna have to remove some who are already living, no? And I don't need to say how wrong that is)
-Limiting children per household (You're telling people how to run their family lives, and how big their family can be. People are allowed to have as many children as they can care for)
I'm not talking about it being forced...It'll just happen. Diseases like Swine flu and other pandemics are just another way in which the balance is being restored.
The limiting children one is interesting though because it will lead to population reduction but not in the way that is immediately thought of.
In China, where it is practiced, men are regarded above women in terms of ability to earn. This is leading to couples who have baby girls killing them because they won't be able to provide for their families as well as boys. This means that the population balance is becoming artificially skewed so that there are far more men than women. This could ultimately lead to a population crash in China.
