No she can't. Magneto already beat her when he was severly weakened.

After Apocalypse kills Storm they gang up un Mags.

Not only wouldn't Apocalypse get the chance to kill Storm since Magneto would beat Polaris way quicker, but even if they somehow ganged on him, they still won't beat him.
