If so, then I pick Monarch. Superman Prime is easily stronger, faster and more durabile then SS, but he still couldn't match Monarch's power forever.

Yeah Prime was the only real challenge for Monarch but they both beat Surfer. Monarch should have tracked Prime down and dealt with him with a suprise attack but with all that planning he never thought hey maybe I should kill the most dangerous Superman just encase 😐

I don't think he knew that he was alive. Either way, SMP won in the most misguided, terrible, and just plain awful way the writers can think of
