does any one now why some military members have red and white feathers in theie beris?

well white feather is for cowardice, and red is for bravery.
So if you have a red and a white, guess that makes you a brave coward

yes I now about those, but when its a mix of both theres a different meaning. I think their parashooters or paratroopers or some thing like that.

Well British paratroopers were called red devils because of their red berets
