The more I think about it the more this economy stimulus is some extreme bullshit. a) they are admitting "yeah, guys, everything would really be much better if we hadn't stolen your money, our bad....what? Not stealing your money in the future? Haha, that's funny..." and b) it's some serious communist like rearragment of money.
