IRRC Xavier has gotten through his helmet twice though.(One of those times was 8th Day Juggernaut, the other was in Juggernauts first appearance). I can't remember if Onslaught mind raped him...if that was the case make that 3 times. Bedlam did it to 8th Day Juggernaut as well.
Psylocke also did it in the UXM 210's to Classic Juggernaut. But I know you're just taking the mickey. 😛
BTW Isn't that Post 8th Day Juggernaut the one who was cut off from Cyttoraks power and influence?

In Juggs first full fight with the X-men Uncanny x-men 13, The Human Torch, Marvel Girl and Angel together manage to remove Juggs helmet so that Prof can use his power. So Xavier didn't get through on the first occassion.

I think you're confusing 8th day Juggernaut with Trion Juggernaut who was a completely different. With Trion Juggernaut an Xavier possessed Logan leaped into Trion Juggernauts mouth thereby bypassing the helmet.
From this point on Xavier confronts Cain on the astral plane.

Bedlam did it, but then Bedlam was one of the Exemplars an avatar of Ikonn, just like Cain was an avatar of Cytorrak so you'd expect her to be able to. Their patrons were on equal footing, hence the need for them to decide superiority through their avatars during the Octessence. 😉
Uncanny X-men 210 had nothing to do with Juggernaut, i assume you mean #218 where the X-men and Juggernaut fought? Yeah Psylockes blast did affect him, but it did nothing but give him a shock of pain because of its ferocity, despite Betsy trying to "stun him senseless"

Granted that's a possibility but if we take into account that people like Psylocke and Marvel Girl and Xavier were able to get through then everything becomes very iffy because that enchancement really seems to suck. IRRC He can block telekinesis by activating his force-field but he only ever activates his forcefield in a handful of comics and it's not always on. So it's possible that he can block telepathy if his forcefield is activated. However since he never has all we have to go by is that, that enchantment sucks.

No problem. X and I collected a bunch of scans a while back. And I remember we posted them in the Sinister vs. Juggernaut thread. In that very thread a user was saying Sinister did not have telepathy even after seeing evidence from Inferno and scans of Sinister taking out X-Man telepathically. Then the Blinded by the Light arc came out and referred to Sinister as a telepath. I wonder what that user will say now. Haven't gone back to that thread till today. 😛
