Terrax has always seemed kind of lame to me. He gets by on the rep that the Surfer built- and on the shadow of Galactus. The big G never again made heralds as powerful as the Surfer... and I don't think he ever trusted Terrax. In the world of "power cosmic" types, he's a punk.

And with how Terrax was last portrayed in the Heralds of Galactus Miniseries it would be a good fight.

But he has too many low showings to really thing he could hang with BA. Still Terrax as always get a few hits in.
