Alternatively The Dark Knight's sonic utensil will scramble his attackers brainwave activity as seen in the JLA Tower of Babel storyline. Or jam it completely as written in the Blind Justice storyarc where The Batman uses the sonic tech to shut down and enter minds in tracking and confronting a killer who had appropriated his technology.

Daredevil and Green Arrow are the real threat here. Blackwidow...nah. a few good shots and I see batman smack her unconscious. she was never that great amongst the marvel ranks.

now the question, can batman arguably the best hand-to-hand fighter of DC take down DD ( 😆 ) and Green Arrow? well given his equipment, his presence of mind and his intelligence i bet he can. DD is blind and i'm sure bats can use that. Green Arrow.
don't forget that batman always has the sonars with him so he can call the bats and utterly confuse his attackers and taking full advantage of the situation knock them all out. this is not a maybe. he'll most likely use it like he does when surrounded. DD will simply get overwhelmed by the sheer number of bats and batman KO's him. same holds for the other two.

IMO batman would have won this 8/10 if it was just DD and Black Vodka. with Green arrow in the picture it gets kinda one sided. but still i'm with batman given that he has sonars and other gadgets with him to beat them. besides, it wont be the first time he'd get ambushed. anyone remember the time in Hush when CROC ambushed him? Batman wins 7/10.

DD being blind isn't a hindrance if Batman doesn't have equipment that can overload DD's senses.

Naw Batman has a chance here. He just can't let Green Arrow get far away. If he does it's over. Green Arrow will nuke the battlefield. If he keeps thiongs close-quarters he has a shot. Especially with Nightwing.

He picks them off one at a time if he's alone, starting with Daredevil of course.

With Nightwing they could probably go for a straight up fight and not lose everytime.
