Nothing wrong with using characters you don't know much about in a thread -- it's how you learn about them, right? 🙂
Tell me, how is that NOT agenda driven?
"Here's Phoenix versus a bunch of character I know nothing about cause I don't read their books. Phoenix loses!"

Meh,
To each his/her own.... Phoenix is stopped at #1, imo. 😛

hehe.
Actually he has a point. For a long time, you hear Creation of a universe trumps the destruction of one. Ok cool, point taken. But for battle purposes I seriously doubt, one is going to stand by and watch him create a Universe, if the other has the means to destroy him (if the match was made under fair circumstances).

What's your excuse now? 🙂

What excuse? Granted I have virtually no knowledge, of Captain Atom. Yet my post serve’s to challenge the claim, of how Universal Creation equates a defining feat over a character who is capable of destroying it with less effort.
Care to explain, or are you going to beat around the bush?

While the scan I just posted shows CA's ability to destroy that same Universe -- You must have missed that, though. 🙂

No I didn’t miss the destruction of the Universe. I am focusing on the first scan, and its claim or more less a popular claim.
But I see, on neutral grounds one character is going to let the other character create it and not do a thing about it.
