Its a good thing. You can be informed on almost anything you want.

The bad thing would be if the Internet was controlled by one person or one people who wanted to make us believe what they wanted to swing in their favour.

Proper wording would have been "Great thing, or greatest thing?"

Maybe an INTERNET FORUM isn't the best place to get unbiased answers on this issue.

I'd like to mention something. People always say you shouldn't believe everything on the internet because there's a lot of crap on it, when you reference one source. It's like saying you shouldn't eat mushrooms because a lot of them are poisonous.I highly doubt .gov websites would be bad when discussing government for example.

exept in one instance where perhaps, when the country goes to polls, the party in government decides to manipulate the website for its own political propaganda and leans the stats onto its favour.

One of the best things every created IMO.

Plus, it is part of the new media and is free (so far) from corporations that control the old media.

Because of stuff like this "ZOMG!!!111!! liek u dye stoopidz!! eye am pwning sum n00bs!!1!!!" the internet is stoopid...whoops....I mean stupid. 😮

really nobody has an is going to offer an opposing opinion. has anybody read the world is flat. Or noticed what has happend to the music Indrustry or the more missing little girls and boys, not to mention creidit card foaud mass money trafficking Identity theft and the general decay of culture.
