What kind of unknown Technology does the U.S. Gov. have?

I completely agree with Katsu.
There is a bundle of endless possibilities in every aspect of understanding and those, who "look at worl as they have learned to look at it or have been teched to look at it" will have nothing more of a result that a blind person trying to read an ordinary book. He can feel the book but does't have any clue what's written in it.

Soon everything will change, dramatically, and only open minded people will be able to addpot.

I know they have a material that can absorb microwaves, and is able to make someone somewhat transparent.
