Seriously, was the movie any good?I hate it when movies completely screw up the plot of the original.

When was the movie's script/concept made, any chance you know?
It is most likely that they "copied", given that it's been over 4 years since Avatar started, unless DBE was in dev hell.Yeah, Kento convinced me of that
i believe a year or so ago was when ideas for a live action Dragonball movie was first thought of
Ugh, you know a movie's bad when the commentary in the audience is leagues above more entertaining than the actual movie itself. This movie was much much worse than I had anticipated. Utter disappointment.
That'll be the last time I watch a shitty premier for shits and giggles. Good thing my friends were there to share every cringing second with me.

Most likely they copied then, but these things happen, or they got permission. I also don't think the term Air Bending is copyrighted by Nickelodeon.

Yeah I also heard picolo doesn't even have the little antena things, goku is a loser in high school (wtf?) and shit like that it sounds gay, I hope they go bankrupt for making such a catastrophy, if anything I wouldn't spend money to see it ;POh lord, I just saw a preview of it, its very gay T_T
James Marsters should be something to watch though, the guy is great at playing villains/anti-heroes.
Wow this movie is so terrible you should see how Hitler reacts here.

And now here's an interview with the anime version of Goku about the live action movie of Dragonball.
