.....and Cap couldnt dodge that. It could well be argued that since Cap uses a similar attack he could tell where the blasts are going to go. Anyway I think this is a featurless envinronment so neither of them can use it.

* but who says Cyke will shoot on the shield? Cyke can just shoot Cap's legs or anything that is not covered by the shield... and i think Cap is not that fast to block a blast with the speed of light...
