Yeah, the only power Storm has is her ability for excessive lacrimation while Namor wrings her neck.
Any of the big lifters in Marvel are stronger than the 100 ton, that's just a convenient cap put on them for the most part during the stories and in the handbooks, to keep it from being excessive, like in the 70s, or at DC. Hercules lifted up Manhattan, Namor carried a sub around, Sasquatch held a DC-10 down at full thrust, then tossed the 250 ton plane away like it was a piece of trash. Numerous times the Hulk, Thor, the Thing and others have gone past their 100 ton "limit".
Although Namor doesn't haven to go past it, he's just fighting that wimp Storm. If she rains on him, it strengthens him. If she tosses hail at him, no biggie, he laughs off munitions--he's freakin' invulnerable! If she zaps him with lightening, that only serves to empower him as well, he can absorb electricity, and manipulate it like an electric eel. In fact, Namor has manipulated his body's bioelectric aura to override other superhumans' powers before.
Storm is toast.
