Actually Frenzy did smack She-Hulk around about 7 years or so ago. So she is capable of hanging with Grimm. And she did beat up Hellion recently iirc and Omega Sentinel.

Frenzy is like a 50 tonner but she has very high durabity. She's smacked She-Hulk around once. She'll loose but she will make a fight out of it.
